Your claim
Our licensed insurance producer files and works the claim with your carrier in-house. If your insurer wants a supplement, we handle that conversation, not you.
STEP 03
Rental & ride
Your service rep arranges the rental and picks you up wherever you are: home, work, or the tow yard.
STEP 04
The repair
Structural, panel, and paint work, with the color sprayed in a sealed booth. We send progress photos to you and your adjuster as it moves.
STEP 05
Quality check
A straight-line reflection across every repaired panel before it leaves the booth. If the line waves, the panel goes back.
STEP 06
Handoff
You get the car back washed and vacuumed, with the repair explained and the paperwork closed out.
